Details
Hairstylist I will be responsible for proper hair care delivery and service to clients by applying appropriate hair treatments and recommending complementary hair care products and hair regiments.
Position Responsibilities

Prepare action plans and strategies for acquiring and serving clients.

Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.

Create and update new and existing client records.

Find out client needs.
-
Recommend hair treatments based upon client needs.

Describe hair treatment's and product's features and benefits.

Demonstrate techniques for hair treatments and products use.
-
Cut, trim, install extensions, style, or color hair based on customer's preference, hair type, and face shape.

Schedule appointments with new and existing clients.

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

Stay current with sales promotions.
-
Maintain a clean and safe work station and sanitize equipment.

Work with a computer and internet based Microsoft software and other related applications.
Position Qualifications
-
High school education or equivalent.

Certificate and/or degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist from a state-licensed school program.
-
Current Cosmetologist license or in the process of obtaining a license.
-
No previous experience as a hairstylist required.

This is not a booth rental opportunity, the hairstylist I is an employee that receives an hourly wage plus commission.

1 week paid vacation a year.

3 paid holidays a year, 1 of which is floating.

5 paid sick days a year.

A 5 day work week.
